Real Office

The client came to us with a brief of turning the two floor commercial space into their main operational headquarters for the real estate business. They wished to make a space where they feel comfortable to operate out of and at the same time the clients will also feel that they are in good hands to do business with.  

The open floor plan was split into 2 main office rooms and some ancillary offices along with a compact conference room. Wooden floor was proposed for the whole office to keep it a shoe free office space. One of the manager’s cabins was designed to accentuate the presence of the managing director by giving a backdrop around the MD seat. This gave the client an upper hand during meetings. The second Manager’s cabin was designed with saturation of a dark veneer and the custom designed lights which highlight only around the table giving it a dramatic effect. Saturation of detail was used in the conference room as well to enable users to focus on the discussion by reducing distractions. All the common areas are tied together with the similar wall treatment detail of fluted panels. 

Overall the project turned an empty shell into a home of the head office of a successful real estate company.
